Why did I start Running Trails?: I had decided to surprise my sisters by showing up at one of their races and running with them for a few miles.  7 hours and 31 miles later I was totally hooked and have never looked back!
Favorite Trail Shoes: Currently in the Vasque Blur, don’t have any real favorites
Favorite Running Trails: I've never met a trail I didn't like!
Favorite Trail Running Foods/Beverages: Bananas, avacados, Mojo bars and veggie wraps. Always have an emergency gel on hand, but eat as much real food as possible.
Likes/Dislikes about Trail Running: I absolutely love the people, that's what it's all about for me. Dislikes?  Not enough time to run with everyone and every where.
Favorite Trail/Ultra Races: Bandera & Palo Duro
How do I Train?:Yoga, Strength training,  and run a couple days a week. I try and find a balance of different disciplines to stay injury-free and keep things interesting.

Fantasy Running Goal: Inheriting a trust fund to allow me to run in any part of the world whenever I want to
